List all the project team members as shown in Figure 8. Rather than quoting the persons title in the organization, try to reflect the person's role on the specific project.

It would also be a good idea to assign responsibilities to at least each key task to specific personnel on your project. This will allow the project manager to avoid potential future surprises and miscommunications especially in a traditional functional organization where the resources are assigned by the departmental managers and directors.

Team member responsibilities

Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) is a tabular representation of the project tasks and resources responsible for completion of these tasks (see Figure 9 for a partial RAM).
