Project Cost Management - Budget
This section of the document should contain a project budget table. The level of detail appropriate for the project plan varies from company to company and from industry to industry, but it should at least include variable costs, fixed costs (overhead) and other expenses including bonds, forward contracts, foreign contracts, contingency and escalation costs (see Figure 4 for a sample project budget).

Furthermore, the total cost figures should also include +/- qualifiers, as was the case in the duration estimates.
