- Do not underestimate the time it takes to build and maintain consensus and commitment to a new management system and the changes it will involve
- You will need to hold many working meetings with users of the new system, and involve them in the evolution of requirements
- You need to be supported by a committed user base

- Especially to show people how the new approaches and tools help them personally
