9. Maintaining momentum
- Actively manage the step changes to maintain momentum
- Beware the effects of too many changes at once
- In particular beware of people responding to more personal changes (e.g. structure and job role)
- And hence not responding to the procedural changes
- Required by the new system itself
10. Initial bugs
- Minor bugs and errors in a new system can create a major loss of confidence
- Especially among the less technically qualified
