8. Scoring

• Score the capability of each remaining alternative against each "nice-to-have"

  • The alternative that best meets the "nice-to-have" should receive the highest score
• Multiply the score of each alternative by the weighting of each "nice-to-have"

  • This will provide a ranking of the alternatives
