• A value of 1 represents break even, on target

  • But remember it won't stay that way towards the end!
• Values below 1 are bad

  • You are already in trouble
  • Unless you are still in the early stages

Typically, performance values

• Are low at the start

  • Due to mobilization, learning curve effects, etc
