- May be due to lack of a project vision, clear goals, sequencing of tasks, technical conflict and so on
But sooner or later
- There will be deep-seated personality conflicts
- Nothing wrong with the people - they just don't get along
- Reassign one of them sooner rather than later !
When new people come on board
- Give them a chance by spending a little time
- Rebuilding working relationships
- After all, it's now a new team
- Seek positive interaction to avoid destructive conflict
