Establish the project's natural or "inherent" logic

• Some projects have very clear logic

  • Others provide more options
  • Depending on resources
  • Or the nature of the project
  • Or other circumstances
• Nevertheless, there is almost always a preferred way of doing things

  • It is worth spending time to look for it
• Work the activities from the beginning to the end

  • Then work from the end back to the beginning!
