Scope: More confusion
What about the "work" involved?
- We prefer to use the traditional label "Scope of Work"
However, in its 2000 edition of the PMBoK, PMI made this distinction
- Project Scope is the work involved, while
- Product Scope represents the end products
- Which means that the project's scope is not the same as the project's product scope
Although gaining acceptance
- This distinction is not universally used
