• Current trends will also be identified and reported

  • For both cost and schedule
• The Project Phase Manager will clearly identify actions required of Stakeholders

  • To rectify deviations from plan, where necessary
• The Project Phase Manager will cultivate a culture of "Total Quality" to promote cost-effectiveness, productivity, and minimal "Re-work"
