Expectations - 1

• The Project Implementation Phase Manager will be responsible for preparation of a Detailed Implementation Plan at the commencement of Phase 3

  • With clearly identified project milestones
  • Similar to those shown in Issacon #1035
• As sufficient detailed information becomes available, the value (or cost-at-completion) of each milestone will be estimated

  • And re-estimated as work progresses
