The final documentation from the Implementation Phase, Stage 1, will include

• A Pre-execution Class Estimate

  • See Issacon #1035
• The cost estimate accuracy of this estimate should aim for -5% to +10%

  • If quotations or tenders are being solicited, this estimate provides the basis for verifying the validity of the submissions
