During the Implementation, Stage 1

• Two or more "Design Review" estimates will be conducted

  • at approximately 30% & 60% of the Stage 1 work
• Practical experience suggests that the realistic accuracy of these cost estimates are in the range of -7% to +15%
• Elements for which the costs appear out of line will be reviewed and reworked as appropriate
