Expectations - 2 (Concerning Stakeholders)
The Project's Definition Phase Manager will:
- Obtain input from stakeholders at appropriate times to update the scope description
- Verify that the requirements have not changed since the Concept Phase, and that
- Verify that the solution still meets the requirements
- Complete the required documentation and obtain stakeholder sign-off
