Expectations - 1 (Concerning Stakeholders)
The Project's Concept Phase Manager will:
- Identify all of the project's stakeholders and establish their requirements
- Carefully analyzed these requirements in order to ascertain the most cost-effective and affordable alternatives as solutions to the need
- Review the findings with those stakeholders most affected
- Conduct an iterative process until consent is obtained
- Complete the required documentation
