Project Management Office (PMO) - large project

• The group of technical, business and management personnel assigned full time to a program or project in support of the Program/Project Manager. The group may include personnel from participating organizations

• The physical location is often referred to as a "War Room"
• A place where the administrative work of the project is conducted and specific skills such as project cost accounting, estimating, scheduling, public relations, etc. is housed
