A Broader View of PPM Processes

In our work, we applied a holistic understanding of PPM. We did this by linking PPM upstream to the identification of needs and opportunities, e.g. corporate strategic and fiscal planning; innovation management; operational needs, and by linking it downstream, i.e. with planning and execution of projects, and with the monitoring of post-implementation and benefits realization reviews. We show this in Figure 5: PPM processes compliant with the KEY-9 landscape
