Author's Introduction
The plumbing industry is a highly lucrative field not to mention one that is in high demand as well. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the plumbing industry is projected to grow by 24% from 2014 to 2024. Successful and reliable licensed plumbers can be exceptionally busy professionals due to the steady demand of customers who need work done on both homes and commercial properties. Today's plumbers need far more skills than simply knowing how to repair burst pipes and unblock blocked drains. They need to know how to operate and advertise their businesses, see Figure 1 for example. They also need to know how to generate new leads and convert them into paying customers, and how to price their services competitively without compromising their earning abilities. With this software in place, you can divert the bulk of your attention to your customers so that they continue to turn to you for their plumbing needs.
