  • But no extraneous aspects or liabilities introduced?
• Have you used any terminology

  • That requires definition?
• Are you certain that you are not offering something that you cannot deliver?
• Have you given it a final check over?
• Have you obtained management approval for the offer

  • And potential corporate commitment?
