Steps in the process - 1
1. Identification
- Identify the problem or opportunity to brainstorm
- Important enough to justify a group session
- Such as project startup planning (Issacon #1061)
- Risk identification, or value management
2. Information
- Characterize the problem, the goals and objectives
- Collect and provide any required back ground data
- Including overriding criteria relevant to the issue
- Set a time limit for the session
- Perhaps as short as one hour
- To get the juices flowing
