  • Dissolving a successful and cohesive project team can sometimes be a sad occasion
  • People need to be released in an orderly fashion, hopefully with new work to go to
  • Otherwise, the experience can be traumatic and very demotivating
  • Team efforts need to be recognized and success celebrated and no one left with a feeling of being under valued
