Compelling reasons for finishing with a workshop

• Project termination

  • All project activities need a clear ending that signals the completion of the project
• Completing all product work

  • Inevitably, there will be things to be tidied up as the work winds down
  • An orderly completion requires "punch" lists, or "deficiency" lists, to be assembled of all outstanding details and worked through systematically
