Email threads can quickly deteriorate into gibberish
- Or worse, "shouting" and offensive personal attacks
So,
- Don't write in capitals
- Don't use abbreviations unknown to recipients
- Don't use the words "urgent" and "important" too often
- Don't be familiar unless you know your recipient well
- Don't discuss confidential information in case it leaks
- Don't make libelous, obscene or offensive remarks
- Don't make illegal suggestions (obviously!)
