Is what the recipient does with the transmission
- Once they get it
Note: In many forms of transmission
- It is up to the receiver to go and retrieve the message
- As with Email
The recipient must do the decoding
- And has the responsibility
- To do it correctly
- And check with the sender if it doesn't make sense
What the recipient does with the information
- Is another matter!
