• Be careful with your scope description and scope of work

  • They are not the same thing
  • Vagueness puts up the price
  • So also do unnecessary requirements
• If you use the word "may" in the contract terms it means that what follows is optional and not mandatory

  • Unless the "may" option is cheaper, count on it NOT being done!
  • If you want the condition to be mandatory, use the word "shall"
