- Be careful with your scope description and scope of work
- They are not the same thing
- Vagueness puts up the price
- So also do unnecessary requirements
- If you use the word "may" in the contract terms it means that what follows is optional and not mandatory
- Unless the "may" option is cheaper, count on it NOT being done!
- If you want the condition to be mandatory, use the word "shall"
