I've tried that and it hasn't worked either

• In the last analysis, it might be a personality clash
• Or, the individual is simply not a team player
• Or, there is a fundamental difference in beliefs that run counter to the goals of the project
• Which ever, arrange to have the individual transferred to someone else's project

  • Where, of course, their talents will be better applied
