- Agree to something that is truly impossible
- Work truly excessive hours for prolonged periods
- Hence pushing yourself over the top
- Even if you feel energized and excited
- Try to hide unresolved issues, either regular or project
- Just because the time is simply not available
- Get so involved you forget your regular job
- Especially if your regular job team still need support
