About time management - 1
Time is the most difficult to manage
- It is not always (often?) your own
- Don't let Email, phone calls, or "walk-ins" interfere
- Turn them off at specified times for constructive thought
- Or find alternative working space "away from your desk"
- Use breaks at more-or-less regular intervals
- To "recharge your batteries"
- Maintain contacts
- Use "flex time" if permitted
- You can then sync your tasks to your brain's ability to perform
