As a project manager, ask these 10 questions

1. What is the Business Case or Charter for this project?

2. What must I deliver (Product Scope)?

• To what quality grade?
• And within what time and cost limits?
3. Who is my sponsor

• And does he or she understand their role?
4. Who is my client

• And how do I get close to them?
5. Who are the key stakeholders: individuals or groups

• And how do I get them engaged?
