- Cash flow, final costs, work-in-progress, performance/productivity analysis, product delivery dates and project completion
- Provides cash flow or cash draw down requirements
- To controller/finance department
- Obtains customer's acceptance of deliverables
- And finally, produces results
- That satisfies the Stakeholders !
