- For the methodology to work
- Where the work is "intellectual" (brain work)
The easy way to measure work

Simply assign values to each activity
- And assess each on the basis of

50% value for any activity started, and
- Remaining 50% for finished activities (really finished!)
Unless there are a lot of activities
- This approach is really rough and ready!
