  • For the methodology to work
• Where the work is "intellectual" (brain work)
  • It's not so easy

The easy way to measure work

• Simply assign values to each activity
• And assess each on the basis of
  • 50% value for any activity started, and
  • Remaining 50% for finished activities (really finished!)

Unless there are a lot of activities

• This approach is really rough and ready!
