Advantages
- Each activity is a node
- So, easy to construct
- Especially as a group "wall-board" exercise where activities are "moved around"
- Easy to label with activity description, early/late start/finish, lead/lag, restraints, resource and WBS data
- Milestones can also be displayed as nodes
- Easy to show critical path and "near-critical" paths
- Exposes activities that must be coordinated to avoid conflicts
