Your first cut at a complex schedule
You'll probably want to make your first cut at a complicated network schedule on paper
- Start with a large sheet of paper
- Fill it with blank boxes
- As described on page 9
- All neatly lined up in rows and columns
- With space between them all
- Hint: Use stickies for the boxes so you can move them around!
- Display as many activities as you can think of
- Now draw in the dependency lines
- And enter any other data you have
- This all makes it easier to computerize later
