How should an STP be arranged?

There are various ways of bringing focus. For example:

• The STP can be segregated by;

  • Geographical are
  • Organizational unit
  • Contract or Work package
  • Or any other smaller unit that makes sense
• The STP should provide a clear "pictorial" representation of the work to be done in the period covered
