Before you start preparing a serious detailed schedule, you must first have:

• A Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

  • See Issacons #1062 -1064 & # 1067-1070
• A list of tasks derived from each Work Package

  • See Issacons #1073-1076
• The staffing and resources required, or available, for each task
