Network Disadvantages
Disadvantages:
- If you have more than a few activities you need to use software
- So you need expertise in the use of the software
- The network itself is not a good presentation communication tool
- But good software will present the same information as a bar chart
- The network itself is really only a means to an end
In other words
- Network scheduling, or CPM, is not an exact science !
