Specific duties might include:
- Be familiar with roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders
- Read, sort, distribute and store incoming and outgoing communications
- Covering all project transactions and data
- Such as documents, records, templates, drafts, and confidential communications
- Draft and/or check project instructions and note feedback
- Organize and record meetings
- Including agendas, taking minutes and distribution
- Assemble materials for reports and presentations
