Numbers Supervised:

• Varies depending on the size of the project and or the public relations function

  • Ideally should not exceed 7 to 10 without a deputy assistant

Expenditure authority:

• Generally varies with the organization, seniority and/or the size of the project

  • But subject to a corresponding budget allowance
