Overall Purpose of the Position

General Description:

• Represent the interests of all those who will supervise and maintain the final product or facility resulting from the project
• Act as a liaison link between the financial owner of the product, the users of the product (if no User Representative), and the project manager and his/her team to ensure "customer satisfaction" upon completion
