This Issacon lists the items you should consider including in your standard project management form for a Cost Estimating Worksheet
This form has four parts:
- Title area
- Main Body area
- Validation area
- Footer (or header) in very small print
It is suggested that you use an Excel spreadsheet
- And use the headers and footers for all but the main body area
