• The performance criteria must be

  • Consistent with the agreed quality grade
  • And hence consistent with the original project's scope

• Note: Ensuring that such criteria are met

  • Is handled by Quality Control

• Quality assurance is handled

  • By the person responsible for carrying out the work involved in the project's technology

    • The manager of project technology
    • If there is one
