Conclusion

• It appears that the way to force people to need a state of higher consciousness

  Is to give them the responsibility for project performance
  

  • And hold them accountable for the results
  • But the project may suffer in the process

• A better approach might be

  • To map out the learning path
  • So that practitioners identify with the broader context right from the beginning
