Level 1 Project Example

• A typical MBR project application would be

  • A "build-to-print" type initiative

    • Having a tangible product
    • And a stable proven design
  • The operation would be highly routine and "systematized"

• This level would arguably not even be a project under many project definitions

• The typical organizational structure would be a functional line operation

  • Sometimes referred to as a "Jobbing shop"
