• If the review is to be "post-project"

  • Then you must know when the project is finished!
  • Is it when:

    • The product is first handed over or delivered?
    • Transfer to the customer's care, custody and control is completed?
    • The period of support, deficiencies and bug-fixing is over?
    • Or at the end of the warranty period?

• In short, what constitutes "project completion"?
