WBS Dictionary?

A document that describes:

• Each element in the WBS
• The work content of the WBS element

  • That is, a Statement of Work (SOW)
• A Basis of Estimate (BOE)

  • Showing how the budget of the element was developed
• Additional information about each WBS element

  • Such as the responsible organization, contract number, and so on
• A contract statement of work if need be
