So what is a Scope Baseline?

Scope Baseline may be defined as

• A sufficiently detailed description of the project's deliverables and/or its components that provides a basis for the measurement of changes from that baseline

  • A key tool in documenting the scope baseline is the work breakdown structure (WBS)
  • WBS is discussed extensively in Issacons #1062 to #1077
