Work?

• Work is directly connected to time and cost because in the project context

  • Work done is the effort spent on an activity or task over a period of time
  • And this effort costs money !

• A list of work to be done is best labeled

  • Scope of Work, Project Work, Work Plan or just Work
  • Hence the difference between

    • "Scope" as in "product scope", and
    • "Scope of work" as in "project scope"
