Scope: Best Practice

We prefer to view Scope as

• A concise and accurate description of the end products or deliverables of the project

  • As expected from the project
  • That meet specified requirements
  • As agreed between the Project's Stakeholders

    • Or between the project's sponsor/manager and the client/customer

And to call that "Product Scope"
