• Make sure the product will be suited to its purpose

  • Quality is the attribute that transcends all!
• Involve the customers in the development of the product
• Maintain a good level of communication throughout the process

  • Nothing generates opposition better than secrecy!
• If it is a system or software, make sure it is easy to learn and use

  • And is forgiving of user errors
