Your PPRM philosophy for a large capital or infrastructure project should encompass

• Internal project communications that promote a good understanding of the project

  • By the workforce
  • As well as members of the project team
• Visual aids that create confidence, trust and pride in the project
• Visual presentations should be short

  • Not more than 4 to 6 minutes
